Store Policies

Returns:

• Certain Items purchased at Summerlin's Boutique may be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as it is in the original condition with receipt and price tags attached. Store Credit will be issued as we do not give cash refunds.  To be eligible for a return, Email Summerlinsboutique@gmail.com and give a detailed description of the reason for return within 7 days of receipt of the item.  You will then receive a return code and address to return the item.  If the item that you are returning is not received within 21 days, the return will not be accepted. 
• Hair accessories,  jewelry, sale/clearance items, and gift cards are final sales.
• If an item is damaged when received, it may be returned with the receipt and original tags to be exchanged for a none damaged item.  
• Any item that shows signs of wear,  smells of smoke, body odor, or pets, has damage after purchase such as stains, deodorant, make-up, or tears, or has been washed or altered are none returnable/refundable.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling cost of the returned item(s). The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please keep the tracking number for your return in case of any postal error.    No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
• Summerlin's Boutique offers exchanges for the same item at the same price in a different size if available.  

Shipping:

• Summerlin's Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages from the postal service.
• Summerlin's Boutique offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100. 
• Standard Shipping will take 1-3 days to process,  package, and mail from our store.
• Delivery times are not guaranteed. 
• It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.  
• Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after online checkout.  
• Shipping Rates vary depending on the weight of the package.
